Do you have a new baby in the family & need that extra bedroom? If you're a TMG resident & want to upsize, downsize or move to another area, you may transfer to any other TMG rental property subject to the following terms and conditions: • TMG Residents should have remained in good standing with timely rent payments, have taken good care of the property and given proper notice to vacate. • The Property or Resident Manager for the current home will walk through the rental property to ensure that the home is in good condition and there are no obvious charges to the residents security deposit. • The security deposit and non-refundable fee would need to be tendered in order to hold the property. TMG will waive the screening fee for the transferring residents, a savings of $40.00! A new rental agreement will be prepared and the tenancy will begin under the new property under normal conditions and in accordance will all Washington Landlord/Tenants rights and responsibilities.
