We’ve had our current website for almost 20 years-you’re probably thinking, no kidding it looks like it! Well it has done its job and was state of the art when we created it. Below is a snapshot of our new home page. As you can see it’s a totally different concept from our current site. First and foremost, we wanted our new site to be fast and functional when delivering information to our clients, owners and tenants, then visually appealing all while validating our northwest roots. The new site will support enhanced marketing for available properties, allow faster disbursement of client funds and statements and reduce the stacks of paper we generate. Our single-family clients will receive additional information in their next 2 monthly statements as the new website will coincide with a software conversion.
