  1. Your home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service or MLS for short. The MLS is the subscription search tool that licensed Realtors use to find potential properties that match their buyer's criteria. This listing is the single most used service for Realtors and is pivotal in placing your home in the market pool.

  2. Promote your home on the TMGnorthwest.com web site for current investment property owners and future investment property owners to view your for sale property.

  3. Advertise in the Columbian Newspaper, when necessary.

  4. Network with the top 25 agents in the marketplace as additional exposure.

  5. Install professional signage on the property that offers 4 options of contact for interested parties.
      • Main TMG Northwest website
      • Main TMG phone number
      • Personal cell phone for Agent

  6. Install a Realtor Lock-box for easy showings.

Pricing & The Marketplace:
  1. Work with you, the Seller, to price your home competitively in the market. (Widen the market vs. narrowing the market.)

  2. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.

  3. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.

  4. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.
   

   

Negotiating :

  1. Represent you on all offer presentations, to assure you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.

  2. Whenever possible, pre-qualify the prospective buyers.

Closing the Sale:
  1. Handle all of the follow-up upon a contract being accepted including
    all mortgages, title and other closing procedures.

  2. Deliver your check at the closing
   

Fees:
