The first step is to have a conversation with you in regards to our services and fees.
The second step is to schedule a Property Consultation to tour the property.

During the tour your TMG Representative will be making detailed notes & completing a survey sheet of the properties amenities and any special requirements. |

Your TMG Representative will talk with you about comparable rental properties and discuss security deposits, fees, pets, and potential move in dates for a tenant. |

Your TMG Representative will recommend any needed maintenance to make your property more marketable. |

Your TMG Representative will review the management agreement with you and answer any questions. |

Once you have signed up we will acquaint you with your property manager and advise you about what you can expect in the days and weeks ahead. |
