TMG’s maintenance department means your property gets priority treatment at a competitive price. Our maintenance technicians are experienced and knowledgeable. Each TMG managed property is assigned a specific technician for repairs, replacements or consultations.
Our Technology & Support Capabilities make the difference
Our website allows clients to access property updates, financial statements, rent rolls, association information & meeting minutes. TMG Clients can remit their payments directly to the bank. TMG clients will be able to access their account & make their payments by credit card through our website with no additional charges.
