- The Member Sign In tab provides information on how to sign up so you can access your community’s website. It provides step by step instructions on how to make a payment online. Once you have access to your community’s website you can pay assessments, view documents like Bylaws, CC&R’s, meeting minutes, financial statements, and much more.
- The Resource tab provides information on what documents you need for a purchase or sale, a link to homewise.com where you can order these documents, information if you need help renting your home, and the monthly issue of the TMG Insider.
- Stacy Ford, our Member Services Manager is just a click or phone call away if you need help! Stacy can help you with questions like, how to log on to the community website, how and where to make payments, how to retrieve documents needed for a sale or refinance, how to submit an architectural request, how to request parking space assignments, and where to obtain a clubhouse key or make a clubhouse reservation. Stacy’s job is to ensure each member receives the best customer service possible!

Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of associations. We offer a financial services only plan (FSOP) in addition to our full and standard service plans.
